


Pineapple Salsa
Sweet and tangy salsa made with fresh Maui Gold pineapple. Perfect for chips, tacos, and more.

Number of Servings: 5–7 cups
Ingredients:
1 fresh Maui Gold pineapple, skinned, cored, diced to 1/4 inch
1 red bell pepper, diced
1–2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1/2 small bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, diced small
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Method: Mix all ingredients together. Enjoy!
