Ingredients:

• 2 Tbsp - Olive oil

• ½ Cup - Diced red onion

• ½ Cup - Diced red bell pepper

• ½ Cup - Diced yellow bell pepper

• 1 - Jalapeño pepper, finely diced

• 1 Tsp - Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

• 1 Cup -Diced fresh Maui Gold® Pineapple

• 1 Tbsp - Honey

• 1 Tsp - Mustard seeds

• 1 - Lime's worth of zest and juice

• ¼ Cup - Chopped fresh cilantro

• ¼ Cup - Chopped fresh parsley

• 4 - Hot dogs

• 4 - Hot dog buns

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add onions, bell peppers, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper and cook 6–8 minutes until softened.

3. Add Maui Gold® Pineapple, honey, mustard seeds, lime zest, and juice. Cook another 5–8 minutes until the relish thickens.

4. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and parsley.

5. Grill hot dogs and buns.

6. Assemble and top generously with pineapple relish.
