Pineapple Shipping
Maui Gold Pineapples are picked fresh from the farm and shipped via UPS or FedEx weekly. Your pineapple will arrive perfectly ripe and ready to eat. Remember that pineapples don't ripen anymore once they are picked.
Please note:
- To ensure the best quality fruit, orders will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- Due to restrictions, we cannot ship pineapple to PO Boxes; a physical address must be provided.
- Retail items are shipped separately from pineapples, via USPS.
Orders are shipped weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Pineapples typically arrive 2 to 3 days from the shipment date.
Pineapple Subscription
Mahalo for subscribing with us! Your initial order will ship on the next available shipping date after your purchase. Going forward, your card on file will be charged on the same date Monthly or Quarterly, and will ship on the next available shipping day. Please be aware our shipping schedule can change due to holidays and other circumstances. You can access your existing subscription and make any necessary changes here. Subscriptions will renew yearly unless canceled. Please contact us with any questions!
Retail Shipments
All retail shipments will ship separately from Pineapple via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days). Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Gift notes are included on Pineapple Shipments only, unless otherwise requested.
Banana Bread Shipments
Banana Bread is baked fresh for each order at the beginning of the week. Orders received by Friday 12pm HST will ship the following Wednesday with UPS/FedEx air service. Orders received after Friday 12pm HST will be baked and shipped the week after. Please contact us here if you have any questions about shipping timelines.
Orders are shipped using UPS/FedEx air service and typically arrive 2-3 days after shipment. Breads will be shipped with a cold pack included.
Return/Refund Policy
You may return most new, unworn/unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you have questions regarding a refund or replacement of Fresh Pineapple, we request you take photos of any damage/concerns and contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone for assistance.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Requests made outside of the listed time frames cannot be accepted.

FAQs
Why are my pineapples smaller?
- Due to weather and other circumstances, the size of your fruit may vary. If our harvest comes in and the fruit is smaller than usual, we may add an additional pineapple to your shipment.
Should my pineapples be this color?
- Fully ripe pineapples vary from green to gold, depending on growing conditions. The shell coloring of a pineapple is not an indication of ripeness or shelf life.
Are my pineapples ready to eat?
- Our pineapples are hand-picked for ripeness the day they are shipped and will not continue to ripen after they are harvested.
Will my retail items ship at the same time as my pineapples?
- No, retail items will ship separately from the pineapple through USPS Priority Mail.
Can I Request a Delivery Date?
- Unfortunately, you cannot schedule a delivery date for your order at this time. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee shipping dates, and our calendar has been temporarily removed. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Mahalo for your understanding.
How can I track my order?
- Tracking information will be emailed to you following the shipment of your order. Please contact us if you have any further questions about your order status.
How many pineapples will there be in my case?
- 1 Packs will contain 1 pineapple
- 2 Packs will contain 2 pineapples
- 4 packs will contain 4 pineapples
- 25lb Cases will contain 7-8 pineapples, based on weight.
What countries can you ship to?
- We can ship to the USA and Canada
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
- Pineapples cannot be shipped to PO Boxes; a Physical address MUST be provided for pineapple shipments. Retail items can ship to PO Boxes.
Can I split a 2 Pack/ 4 Pack/ 25LB case to ship to separate addresses?
- No, packs cannot be split
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one transaction?
- Orders to separate addresses must be submitted as individual orders
My order is damaged, help!

Do you accept bulk/wholesale orders?
- Yes, we can! Please contact us for more information about bulk ordering.
How do I store my pineapple?
- Pineapples have a shelf life of approximately 5-7 days after arrival, left whole at room temp or chilled. They can also be sliced into an airtight container and refrigerated for 3-5 days, or frozen for 18 months.
How can I grow my pineapple?
- Yes, you can! You can see our Pineapple Growing Instructions here.
Can I manage my subscription?
- Yes, you can! Please click the “Manage Subscription” link directly below the log in button. You will then enter your email address to receive a one time code to log in and manage your account. You can access your existing subscription here.
Where to buy on Maui?
- We are available at most major grocery stores on the island. For example: Foodland, Safeway, Times, Costco, Whole Foods, Hawaiian Moons, Olowalu Fruit Stand, and Down to Earth. You can also order through Maui Hub.
Can I purchase pineapples in the store to take home with me?
- Yes, you can! Visit us in person 870 Hali’imaile Rd for airport-ready pineapples.
