Candied Dried Pineapple

I liked this. It was a good late night snack.

My cousin in California visited Hawaii, and she raved about Maui Pineapple. She provided me with a gift card, and I used it to purchase the dried pineapple slices. Yummy Treat! Just one problem...stamped on the back of the package (in fine print) is the phrase PRODUCT OF THAILAND. Sounds like false advertising to me. Regardless, I was impressed with the portion and quality of the soft, dried pineapple slices.

We had sample at our condo in Maui and have been hooked ever since. I need buy 3 packs every few months. Best I've had nice and yellow now browning. Absolutely delicious!
