Love your pineapples but was REALLY disappointed in this order

Love your pineapples but was REALLY disappointed in this order. Delivered on 8/12/25 and by 8/24 /25had to throw 50% of the order away because were black when I cut into them. That's alot of money to throw away in such a short time. I sent a note to customer service but have not heard back from them at all.
